Talent Across Borders (TAB) is an EU-supported initiative designed to help young musicians build healthier, more stable and sustainable careers.

 

We connect artists across Europe through cross-border workshops, mentoring, mental-health support, and a dedicated online community on Discord. By bringing musicians and industry professionals together, TAB strengthens creativity, collaboration, and career resilience.

All findings and tools developed during the project will be shared publicly in a free handbook, helping young artists across Europe - and the organisations supporting them - to grow, connect and thrive.
