Talent Across Borders (TAB) is an EU-supported exchange initiative between Denmark & Netherlands, designed to help young musicians build healthier, more stable and sustainable careers, and to collaborate across European borders to expand their opportunities.

We connect artists across Europe through cross-border collaboration and learning sessions via our dedicated online community on Discord. By bringing musicians and independent industry professionals together, TAB strengthens creativity, collaboration, and career resilience.

TAB will be hosting 12 online sessions and 2 IRL workshops, with independent industry professionals & artists with knowledge and experiences relevant for establishing an independent music career, as well as building important mental resiliency.
