Guides

Six tools pulled straight from the Talent Across Borders sessions. Not theory, the actual templates and checklists that came out of a year of conversations with people who book, fund, and grow careers across borders.

The outreach email that gets read

Subject line first. Say who you are in one line. Make one specific ask, not three. Links, never attachments. Include proof you can draw a room. Keep it short. Follow up once, after a week, not five times. Build it like a newsletter, something people want to open, not a pitch. Never DM a booker on Instagram.

The two-year plan (Oscar's new EPK)

Write your project in one line. Lay out the next 24 months, roughly dated. What story does it tell. Update it every few months with two-line notes on what actually happened, so it stays alive instead of sitting in a drawer.
